Who owns Lance Rental Works?
Lance Rental Works is owned and run by Lance, who plans the delivery and service routes across Northeast Ohio and answers the phone. Every unit and truck belongs to the company, so the price you hear on the phone is the price on your invoice, with nobody in between.
Lance started the company to give Northeast Ohio contractors and families a straight answer on the phone: whether the truck can make it today, what the total is, and what happens if plans change.
When you call, you reach the people who control the schedule.
How do we run our rentals?
Quick answerEvery rental follows four rules: one itemized price before you pay, no fuel or card surcharges, same-day delivery when you order by noon, and weekly service on every monthly unit. Those rules exist so the price you hear on the phone is the price you pay.
- Itemized quote by text: unit, delivery, pickup, service, tax
- Driver calls or texts 30 minutes before arrival
- Weekly pump, scrub and restock on monthly rentals
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery

Where do we work?
Quick answerWe work across 9 Northeast Ohio counties, from Lorain and Elyria in the west to Mentor and Warren in the east and Canton in the south. Delivery and pickup are included across Cleveland and nearby counties; Stark and Trumbull addresses pay a flat $45.
