Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-10-12. Questions? Call (216) 223-2644.

Payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card when you book. Monthly rentals charge the first 28-day cycle at booking and each later cycle on the same card. Approved business accounts may be invoiced net 15. We don't charge card fees or fuel surcharges. Ohio sales tax is added at your county's rate.

Rental periods and renewal

Event rentals cover 1 to 3 days. Monthly rentals run in 28-day cycles starting on the delivery date and renew automatically until you request pickup. Weekly service is included on monthly rentals.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a $50 trip fee. For same-day orders, the $75 same-day fee is kept once the truck has been dispatched. Unused full 28-day cycles that were prepaid are refunded.

Pickup

Event units are picked up on the scheduled date. Monthly units are picked up after you call or text at least 2 business days ahead; billing stops on the pickup date you request. Units must be accessible on pickup day. If a locked gate or parked vehicle blocks pickup, a return trip is billed at $55.

Placement and access

You choose the placement spot and make sure it's firm and level, within about 25 ft of a hard surface the truck can reach, with at least 12 ft of overhead clearance. Street placement requires a permit from your city, which you obtain. We aren't responsible for ruts or marks on soft or wet ground at a spot you chose.

Damage and loss

Normal wear is our cost. You're responsible for damage caused by tipping, fire, graffiti, vandalism, theft or misuse while the unit is at your site, billed at repair cost up to $1,200 for a standard unit and at repair cost for other units and trailers. Don't move units yourself.

Weather and delays

Delivery windows are estimates. Severe weather, unsafe roads or a blocked site can move delivery or service to the next safe day. Winter units receive a freeze-resistant tank treatment from November through March.

What not to put in the unit

Only human waste and toilet paper. Trash, paint, chemicals, diapers and construction debris can make a unit unserviceable and are billed as a special cleaning at cost.
