What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count. When you book, we also collect the delivery address, name, email and payment details. Phone calls may be logged with the number and time.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental, and to text or call you about that rental. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Form processing

Our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the submission to our email. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers on this website.

Analytics and cookies

We may use basic analytics to count page visits, phone-button taps and form submissions so we know which pages help people. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't turn into bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking and tax records are kept as long as Ohio and federal record-keeping rules require.
