Wedding restroom rental in Cleveland: porta potty, flushing unit or trailer?
Quick answerA wedding of 100 guests or more usually gets the best result from a restroom trailer, because guests in long dresses and suits get real flushing toilets, sinks, lights and climate control. Smaller or tighter budgets do well with deluxe flushing units, which have a foot-pump flush, a sink and a mirror.

|---|---|---|---|

Is there room in the unit for guests in wedding dresses?
A restroom trailer is the roomiest choice for a bride in a full gown, with stalls, vanities and mirrors in a lit room. Among single units, the wheelchair-accessible unit gives the most space: about 87 by 87 inches inside, with a ground-level floor and no step. A standard unit is about 44 inches wide.
Many couples rent one wheelchair-accessible unit near the bridal party area. The 36-inch door and 60-inch turning circle make room for a dress, a helper and a bouquet. Older relatives on walkers like it for the same reason. Ask about our wheelchair-accessible units.

Does the restroom trailer need water and power at a barn or backyard?
A 2-stall restroom trailer needs 1 standard 15 or 20 amp, 110-volt outlet within 100 feet, plus a garden hose connection or our fresh-water fill. The trailer is about 8 by 12 feet and needs a level spot of about 10 by 20 feet with room for the tow vehicle.
At a barn venue
Ask the venue for a spare outlet that is not shared with the band or caterer. A shared circuit can trip during dinner. Gravel next to the barn is ideal.
In a backyard
The trailer must stay on the driveway or other hard ground, because we do not drive on lawns. Run one outdoor extension cord rated for the distance, and leave the hose spigot free. Low branches under 12 feet block the tow path, so trim them before the wedding.

How many restrooms do I need for 150 guests over 6 hours with a bar?
Quick answerA wedding of 150 guests over 6 hours with an open bar needs about 7 toilets by the industry chart. That count is 3 for the base, 2 for the extra 2 hours and 2 for alcohol. Make 1 of those 7 wheelchair-accessible, and add 3 hand-wash stations if food is served away from the trailer.
- Base count for 150 guests and 4 hours: 3 units.
- Extra 2 hours: 150 ÷ 100 = 1.5, round up to 2 more.
- Open bar: 150 ÷ 100 = 1.5, round up to 2 more.
- Total: 7 toilets.
- Accessible: 5% of 7 rounds up to 1, the minimum.
- Hand washing: 1 station per 2–3 toilets with food, so 3.
A restroom trailer has its own sinks, so you skip the hand-wash stations for trailer users. Many couples use a trailer for guests and 1 or 2 standard units by the parking area for vendors. Tell us the guest list and timeline, and we quote the mix. The full method is on our how many porta potties do I need guide.
How far ahead should I book wedding restrooms?
Quick answerWedding restroom trailers should be booked as soon as the date and venue are set, often 3 to 6 months ahead. Saturdays from May through October fill first, and graduation season overlaps with June weddings. Standard and flushing units need at least 7 days' notice during busy weeks.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| 3–6 months out | Pick the unit type and reserve the date |
| 4 weeks out | Confirm guest count, bar hours and placement |
| 1 week out | Check the outlet and hose, mark the spot |
| Friday | Delivery inside a 4-hour window |
| Monday | Pickup, no charge for the extra days |
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, a $50 trip fee applies.
Can we label one for ladies and one for gents?
A 2-stall restroom trailer has 2 separate rooms, each with its own door, so it works well as a ladies' side and a gents' side. Each side has signs, lighting and a sink. With portable units, you can tape your own signs to the doors without hurting the unit.
For a mostly-women guest list, the chart adds 1 unit per 150 guests. Put the extra unit on the ladies' side.

Common questions
Can I rent a restroom trailer for just a few hours of the wedding?
A restroom trailer is rented by the weekend, not by the hour. The 2-stall trailer starts at $795 per weekend and the 4-stall at $1,395 per weekend, before Ohio sales tax. Delivery is Friday and pickup is Monday.
For a wedding of 50 to 70 guests, what nice unit fits the budget?
A wedding of 50 to 70 guests often uses 2 deluxe flushing units with sinks, from $265 each for 1 to 3 days. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit from $225 if older guests are coming. Prices include delivery and pickup, plus tax.
Is the deluxe flushing unit more like a real bathroom?
A deluxe flushing unit is a single-stall portable unit with a foot-pump flush, about 20 gallons of fresh flush water, a sink and a mirror. It flushes roughly 250 to 300 times before service. A restroom trailer is the one that feels like a real bathroom.
Will a garden hose work for the wedding trailer?
A standard garden hose from an outdoor spigot works for the wedding trailer. If the venue has no spigot near the spot, we fill the fresh-water tank before the event. Tell us which when you book so the quote shows it.
Does the wedding trailer have heat for an October reception?
Our restroom trailers have air conditioning and heat, so guests stay comfortable in July or late October. The climate control runs on the same 110-volt outlet as the lights. Keep that outlet on its own circuit.
Can the wedding trailer go on the lawn behind the barn?
A restroom trailer cannot be driven across a lawn. It needs a level spot of about 10 by 20 feet on gravel or pavement the truck can reach. Pick a spot near the barn's driveway, and we will confirm it from a photo.
