- Rental length. 1–3 days is an event rental. Longer than a week becomes a 28-day cycle.
- Servicing. Weekly is included on monthly rentals. Extra visits are $55.
- Quantity. More units on one trip lowers the per-unit cost.

Why is a porta potty more than the $100 I saw online?
Low online numbers usually leave out delivery, pickup, fuel surcharges and card fees, which get added at checkout. Our $165 event price already includes delivery and pickup in our zone, and we don't add fuel or card fees. Only Ohio sales tax is added.
If I only need it for 2 weeks, why do I pay for 28 days?
Monthly rentals bill in 28-day cycles because that cycle pays for the truck trip and four weekly services. A 2-week job still costs one $145 cycle, which is usually less than two separate event rentals. Billing stops on the pickup date you request.
Is there a discount for more than one unit?
Multi-unit orders share one delivery trip, so each extra unit on the same order costs less. Orders of 5 or more units, and contractors with a net-15 account, get a volume price on the quote. Call for the exact number.
Do you charge a deposit?
There's no separate deposit. Event rentals are paid in full by card when you book. Monthly rentals charge the first 28-day cycle at booking, then each new cycle on the same card unless you've asked for pickup.
Is tax included in your prices?
Ohio sales tax is added on top of the listed prices. Cuyahoga County's combined rate is 8%. Churches, schools and other tax-exempt groups pay no tax once they send the exemption certificate.
How much is the same-day fee?
The same-day fee is $75 per order, not per unit, when you confirm by noon Monday through Saturday. Next-business-day delivery has no rush fee.
