Is the price per day or for the whole rental?
Event prices cover the whole 1–3 day rental, not each day. Monthly prices cover a full 28-day cycle, including weekly service. Delivery and pickup are already in both prices for addresses in our included zone.
My party is on Saturday. When do you drop it off and pick it up?
We usually drop off on Friday and pick up on Monday. The extra days cost nothing. If you'd rather not have the unit sit out, we can deliver Saturday morning instead. We don't run trucks on Sunday.
Does the porta potty come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
Every unit arrives cleaned and stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper and a full hand sanitizer dispenser. Monthly units get restocked at every weekly service. For a big party, ask the driver to leave extra rolls.
Do I need to be home when the porta potty is delivered?
Nobody needs to be home if the spot is marked. Put out a cone or flag, or text us a photo of the spot. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving inside a 4-hour window.
Can I add more porta potties after delivery?
Extra units can be added up to the afternoon before delivery at no extra trip cost. After delivery, an added unit rides on the next route to your street, usually the next business day, or the same day when you order by noon.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours there's a $50 trip fee. Full terms are on the rental terms page.
